Types of volcanoes
There are three main types of volcanoes in the world. One type of volcano is the Cinder Cone volcano. Cinder Cones are coned shaped. They are made from piles of lava stacked on top of each other. They are mostly found in the western part of North America. Another type of volcano is the Composite volcano. They are also known as the Strato volcano. The volcano is symmetric on both of the sides and is very steep. The last type of volcano is the Shield volcano. Shield volcanoes are the biggest volcanoes there is. Shield volcanoes are very broad and flat.
